Basic Pizza Dough

It is worth investing in the right equipment, great ingredients, a kitchen scale, and Ooni oven or at least a pizza steel. It is also worth making the levain (shown in the book not below) for homemade pizza alone. Not even authentic Neapolitan pizza uses levain.

Here’s a basic pizza dough recipe to start. 4T = 1/4 cup so the total water here is 1 1/2 cups (350g). Also, 500 grams of 00 flour is ~4 cups.
